By integrating the phrase “Who are you wearing?” with the distressing reality of the garment industry’s worker fatalities in the past
three years, I aimed to materialise the connection between these two aspects. Clothing is an integral part of our wardrobes, yet
when asked about the origins and manufacturing of each piece, we often draw blanks. To address this, my vision involves crafting
a collection of dresses, symbolising each of the past three years, wherein every dress would represent the corresponding number
of deaths that occurred within garment factories during that period.
